On September 30, 2017, Dayna Wills Kelley and her husband, Gary, came to the Sacramento Western Swing Music Society's Hall of Fame Celebration to receive a Lifetime Achievement Award from the Cowtown Society of Western Music. Shelley and Ronnie Elkins made the presentation.

"Sing Faded Love, Dayna Gayle" was co-written by Dayna Wills and Norma-Lee. (Norma-Lee passed away on June 29, 2012.
